GRESB 2024

New this year

This year there has been moderate changes to the Real Estate Assessment, and with minimal changes related to the use of Envizi’s platform. A brief summary of GRESB Real Estate standard 2024 changes can be found on GRESB’s web site here. As usual, Envizi has upgraded the platform to work with the latest GRESB Real Estate framework changes:

  • Multiple energy ratings can be reported per asset

  • ‘Year’ is required in building certifications

  • Introduction of reporting non-operational EV charging consumption, separated from operational energy consumption

  • Change of property type from ‘Office: Medical Office’ to 'Healthcare: Medical Office'

In addition, the following enhancements have been released this year:

  • Bulk assets submission - data from more than 10 locations can now be sent to GRESB at the same time from the ‘GRESB Group Review (with API)’ page

  • Performance improvements for the ‘GRESB Asset Summary (with API)’ page - it is expected that the page (which has embedded API connections to the GRESB web portal) shall load approximately 50% faster than before

  • Bulk disable fields in multiple sections - use the ‘DISABLE FIELDS’ form on the ‘GRESB Group Review (with API)’ page to bulk disable the sending of GRESB responses in multiple sections
