Virtual Accounts Example - E10 Fuel

The following video example demonstrates how a single blended fuel account can be used to derive two Virtual Accounts that are composed of the constituent ethanol and petrol parts based on a 90:10 percentage split. The video shows the following steps:

• Create a Virtual Data Rule to calculate 90% petrol from E10.

• Create a Virtual Data Rule to calculate 10% ethanol from E10.

• Configure a Virtual Account for petrol.

• Configure a Virtual Account for ethanol.

• Review results, assign consolidation tag to avoid double-counting.
