Unallocated Accounts

What is Unallocated Accounts?

• Unallocated accounts is the name of the location used to store accounts that have been created by a connector.

• An account is created in this location when the connector can not match an account to an existing account already in Envizi.

• The account may not match due to the account being new and not already created in Envizi.

• This location should be checked for new accounts on a regular basis. Once you have identified the correct location for an account this can be simply updated.

• The Data manager is notified of newly created accounts from the emailed data receipt report upon automated data loading

To move the account to the correct location simply right click on the account you wish to move

from here go to the location drop down and select the correct location.
