Run the report Setup Notification Contacts (which can be found in the Extract Reports report category) and download/extract as csv. The report will be populated with existing notification contacts based on the report selection made. Remove rows which you do not want changed and add rows as required.
Surveys (SURV), Value Chain Surveys (VC) and Data Capture (DATA) issue types only support Assignees so if rows contains Watcher for those issue types they will be converted to Assignee.
Surveys (SURV), Value Chain Surveys (VC) and Data Capture (DATA) issue types only use Priority Standard so if rows contains other priorities for those issue types they will be converted to Standard.
The file uploaded back to Envizi must have a name starting with Setup_Notification_Contacts and can have the file type extension .xls or .xlsx or .csv.
Use Manage > Upload Files to upload the file for processing.
If parse errors or load errors are encountered, the rows with errors will be skipped and the file will continue to be processed for the valid rows. Parse Errors and Load Errors can be viewed as per other setup files as explained here.
