EFD Settings

Meter Level Fault Detection Settings found under the Actions menu in the Meter Summary dashboard allows users to Enable or Disable all or individual rules for the selected SoftMeter and also set the rule threshold attributes. Each Attribute has a default value but are completely user adjustable and can be tailored as required. This option is only available for a user with Engineer Admin access.

Location Level Fault Detection Settings found under the Actions menu in the Location Summary dashboard allows users to view and modify the Alert on delay timers for each Rule. Each Alert on delay on Attribute has a default value which activated during the meter creation process and are based on best practise and industry experience but are completely user adjustable and can be tailored as required. This option is only available for a user with Engineer Admin access.
